At Krishva Naturals, we strive to provide fresh, hygienically packed, and high-quality products to our customers. Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return, replacement, or refund only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The package was tampered with during delivery
- The product is expired or defective
- The ordered item is missing from the package
To process your request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, and food quality reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
- Opened or used food products
- Dry fruits, spices, seeds, or snacks once opened
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:

- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Delivery package images
Step 3:
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved:
- We will dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on location
6. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Delivery service limitations
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
7. Shipping Damage Claims
If your package appears damaged during delivery:
- Do not accept tampered packages
- Record an unboxing video for proof
- Contact us immediately after delivery
Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
