1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • To place an order on our platform, you must be legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors must use the platform only under parental guidance.
  • When creating a user account on our WordPress site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your “My Account” credentials and passwords.
  • Krishva Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.

2. Product Information and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and packaging dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural variance in premium dry fruits and agricultural produce, slight natural variations may occur.
  • All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping and delivery fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.
  • We reserve the right to alter pricing, modify product descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders, Payments, and Billing

  • An order placement on our WooCommerce checkout page constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to stock unavailability, geographic delivery limitations, or suspected payment fraud.
  • Payments must be settled via our integrated, secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways. We accept UPI, Net Banking, major Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to pin code availability.
  • You agree to provide legitimate payment credentials. Krishva Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for transaction failures resulting from network drops or unauthorized card usage.

4. Shipping, Deliveries, and Risk of Loss

  • All orders are securely packaged in high-quality, food-grade stand-up zipper pouches and dispatched from our New Delhi facility.
  • We aim to deliver orders within 24 to 48 hours across the Delhi/NCR region, and within 3 to 5 business days for pan-India shipments. However, delivery timelines are indicative, and delays caused by third-party logistics partners, weather conditions, or festive seasons are beyond our immediate control.
  • The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the package by the courier agent to the designated shipping address.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All digital assets displayed on this website—including but not limited to the brand name Krishva Naturals, the corporate name Krishva Ventures Pvt. Ltd., logos, custom high-end graphic labels, product photographs, text content, and website layout—are the exclusive intellectual property of our Company.
  • Any unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our trademarked or copyrighted assets without explicit written consent from us is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian IP laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Krishva Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ensures strict compliance with FSSAI regulations and maintains deep hygienic standards. However, our products are natural agricultural items. Customers with known food allergies (e.g., nut allergies) must review product details carefully before consumption. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse allergic reactions.
  • In no event shall the Company, its directors, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our website.
